Exams Contingency Day
Please note: this academic year contingency day is on 24 June 2026. This is in the event of national or significant local disruption to examinations in the United Kingdom. All students must ensure they are available on this date.
Examinations Results Dates
Results dates 2025-26
- November 2025 exam results will be issued to students on 8 January 2026.
- January 2026 exam results will be issued to students on 12 March 2026.
- May-June 2026 exam results will be issued to students on the following dates from 9.00am in the school Main Hall:
- KS5 (GCE, BTEC, & CTECH): Thursday 13 August 2026
- KS4 (GCSE, CNAT, and BTEC): Thursday 20 August 2026
If a student is unable to collect their results in person and would like to nominate someone else to collect their results on their behalf, or if they would like their results posted to a UK address other than the home address we hold for them, they should complete this form: Results Instruction August 2026 (form will be put live in the Summer 2026).
Examinations Post-Results Service
Exam boards offer a range of post-results services following the publication of results.
If your child has any concerns about his/her results, he/she can request a review of the marking of the paper, or request their exam scripts back for checking or learning purposes.
The range of services and fees is detailed in the forms below. Payment for these services should be made via our school ParentPay shop only, which can be accessed here. This does not need school login details

Examination Resits
Whilst it is the policy of the school to pay for all examinations on the first sitting, a charge to cover the entry fee is made for subsequent sittings of the same exam if a student wishes to improve their results.
If you wish to request a resit please complete the relevant form below, ensuring you have paid the right fee via the Parent Pay Shop. This does not require school login details.
Certificate Collection
Certificate collection 2025
Students' certificates will be available for collection by students between 9.30am - 4.00pm from:
- the first week of December following May-June exams
- the first week of February following November exams
- the first week of June following January exams
Students who are still at school will receive their certificates during form time.
Students who have left the school may wish to collect their certificates in person or give authority to someone else to collect them on their behalf. If someone else is to collect the certificates for you, please ensure they have your written authority to do so. Authority can be given by filling in the Certificate Form, which can be accessed by clicking here.
We will not give out certificates to anyone but you without your permission. Your certificates can be posted to you but a charge of £6 will be made to cover post and packaging as the certificates are proof of qualification and have to be sent by recorded delivery. If you would like to have your certificates posted by recorded delivery, payment can be made via the ParentPay Shoplinked here.
All uncollected certificates will be destroyed confidentially two years after issue.
