We welcome applications to our Sixth Form from internal and external candidates. To apply for a place in The Misbourne Sixth Form for September 2025, please complete an application form via our online portal: Misbourne Sixth Form application form.
Please refer to the option blocks below to inform your course choices. Candidates may select three options in total - one course per block - and may not choose two courses in the same block.

The Misbourne can be easily accessed by public transport. Great Missenden train station, with frequent direct trains from Aylesbury, Amersham and Wendover, is only a five-minute walk away. Great Missenden is also on a number of bus routes from Chesham and Holmer Green.
